"it's not about getting the fire lit under you.

It's about keeping the flame burning within you."

I’m not here to tell you what your life should look like. That’s yours to decide.

I ask questions, challenge some of the programmed crap we’ve been repeating for years, and encourage people to look at themselves a little differently.

I believe in manifestation. I also believe in participation.

You. Universe. Hand in hand.

Orchestrate your best friggin’ life.

About Me

Life did not go according to some beautiful master plan.

I’m nearly 18 years sober. I’ve lived through depression, bankruptcy, bad decisions, accountability, career changes, and rebuilding.

I spent nine years as a hairstylist, where I learned to listen beyond what people actually say. Body language. Hesitation. What someone says they want versus what they may really mean.

I then spent more than 25 years as a paralegal, with a background in commercial real estate, corporate law, and estate planning. That taught me to look at facts, patterns, details, and what actually holds up.

Those two careers shaped the way I approach W³. One taught me to listen. The other taught me to question, analyze, and look beneath the surface.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped looking for someone else to hand me the answers and started asking better questions.

PHILOSOPHY

before the affirmations...the vision boards...before setting intentions to manifest...look at yourself in the mirror.

I kept asking myself why so much self help advice sounded great but didn’t necessarily change anything. It circled back to three things.

Worth. Do you believe in your worth...that you are worthy of what you say you want?

Want.   Do you actually know specifically what you want, or are you trying to fill something that feels missing or the want will solve a problem? Or...does the want enhance your life

Will. Are you willing to take inspired action, keep going, adjust, and participate when motivation wears off?

You can make all the vision boards you want. Repeat every affirmation in the book. Believe the universe is working with you.

I believe that too.

But you’re part of the universe.

Which means you have a part to play.

I’m also far more interested in your Current Self than handing all the credit to some hypothetical Future Self. Current Self is the one here now. Current Self makes the decision. Current Self takes the action.

because it's not about manifesting your life, but orchestrating it!

Mirror In Field

MEDIA / BOOKS / SPEAKING

I love conversations that actually go somewhere.

I talk about personal agency, self awareness, W³, Current Self, realistic gratitude, recovery, reinvention, career change, manifestation, paying it forward, and the programmed crap we inherit without ever stopping to question it.

I don’t show up with canned answers. I’d rather have a real conversation, follow the question where it leads, and leave people with something to ponder.

I’m also the author of:

The universe knows i'm friggin' fabulous: the ultimate affirmation journal

W³ workbook currently in development.

(I also write what I like to call "dysfunctional romance novels." YOu can find those on amazon as well.)

My approach to gratitude is simple. Some days suck. If the only thing you’re grateful for is that the day is over, that counts.

And paying it forward? Non negotiable.

Because living your best friggin’ life should never be entirely about you.
